I have been coming here since 2011. They provide great service and I trust the exam and all my purchases with them. Thank you so much for providing me great service for all these years. I highly recommend this optical.

This place is phenomenal!! We got 2 pairs of progressive lens with sunglasses tint and a pair of single vision lenses with our insurance for a price of one pair with my other insurance last year my other eye Dr wanted me to pay for one pair of progressives last year... And I love them!! So excited to be wearing one pair of glasses that handle ALL my vision needs PLUS the sunglasses tinting for a good price!! The price is what kept me from getting them last year!!

Fantastic eyeglass shopping experience. From the initial greeting to the customer service at sale. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and made my shopping experience a complete delight. The optometrist is very knowledgeable. She was able to diagnose me in one visit, i jumped from optometrist to optometrist for 10 years trying to figure out what was wrong with my eye. I called to make an appointment and talked to Carlos; before making the appointment I specifically asked him if they receive my vision plan and he said yes. I went for the appointment and after my vision test was done he said that they don’t do the glasses under my insurance. I am trying to di my glasses online and the prescription is missing the “Pupilary Distance” so I call him again, his shameless answer was: Since we are not doing your glasses I can not give you the information. But the billed my Insurance for the test! What a unethical and shameless place!

I’ve been using this optical Doctor for three years, Never had a bad experience always had excellent service

I had made an appointment for an eye exam. When I arrived at the office, I wanted to go over my visit charges in advance as recommend by my insurance company. The front desk person got very upset about it. I insisted, and he told me $120. At that point, I showed him the list of co-payments I was given by my insurance. My co-payment was under $50. Basically, he told me that I had no idea how expensive my visit was and that they are better than any other place such as Walmart. At that point, I cancelled my appointment so that I could clarify the charges with my insurance and asked if I could take a look at their available free frames covered by my plan. He answered that he was very busy and that I needed to come back in two hours time because he had to "find" them. (Nobody was in the office at that time.) Then, he stated that the free frames were very bad and that they were going to break in two weeks. I wonder how he expects to get paid without clients like me who need service.

The Owner/Dispenser Carlos was very, very Rude. I would never go back to his Eye facility. I had an outside Provider form for him to fill-out and signed for me. And he wanted me to fill it out. Saying I need to do my homework. His name and company has a bad taste in my mouth. I would never go back there for anything.

Best experience I've had in over a decade. I always keep my glasses way longer than I should because I hate visiting the optometrist. But Site 4 Sight totally changed my views with cordial, friendly (and funny) staff. Great prices on frames and lenses and overall very pleasant experience :):):):):)

Horrible service from the man at the front desk worst experience ever and I have been warning glasses since I was 3 years old

So, I don’t typically leave reviews. But this particular business deserves one because they saved my bacon. I was on vacation a couple of weeks back, and I accidentally sat on my glasses and broke them. (left them on my car seat) I called them to see if they were open, since I wasn’t that far from the store. I don’t know about you guys, but when I’m on vacation, the last thing I want to be dealing with are broken glasses. I walked in and introduced myself, and made mention to the gentleman at the store that I had called earlier. He quickly introduced himself and said he was the person I had spoken with over the phone. (His name was Carlos) He was patient, attentive, and very professional. Which I very much appreciate because I didn’t want to be walking around with sunglasses the rest of the day. I wear Ray-Ban, and they had some, so my repair was a swap of the lenses, which Carlos took care of within a matter of minutes once I had picked out the frame I wanted. I had called two other places, and they told me they couldn’t help me because I had not purchased my frames from them. But Carlos went above and beyond my expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you are in the area, don’t hesitate to call or visit in person to experience exceptional customer service, just as I did. Thank you, Site 4 Sight, for taking care of my needs when I needed it most. I would give 10 stars if I could, but 5 is the max!

Site 4 Sight Optical is the place you want to go to for your optical needs! Dr.Varughese was very thorough in giving the eye exams to me & my son. And Carlos was so helpful with the glasses selections and providing me with various options. They had a wide variety of higher end frames. I’d highly recommend them - they are the best!!

That is exactly what you get, coupled with reasonable prices when dealing with Site 4 Sight Optical. Carlos is a true professional whose advise, oversight and care is what I have experienced for the past number of years. Carlos provided guidance based on his extensive experience that led me to select quality frames matched with safe, accurate and well fitted lenses that have delivered highly satisfactory use and value. If there was something wrong, i.e. loose fitting, need adjustments, or problems with what came from the lab, he fixed the situation, no questions asked and immediately made things right. My experience dealing with Carlos and his company have been a great experience and there is a major difference when dealing with a pro vs clerk who is just putting in time for a pay check.

They have tons of different kinds of Frames. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for some great eyewear.. The optometrist and Carlos always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available for my prescription. Great customer service. Awful and insensitive customer service, for a small business they could make their service more convenient for their customers. After making my appointment and explaining I’m traveling from a distance they waited until I got there to check and realize they didn’t take my insurance while the rude man who works at the front insisted I should’ve known. The people were kind, but when it came to me getting my glasses, they did not have the frames available through my insurance and they sent me with a prescription so that I can go find somewhere to fill it. I think that was very unprofessional and they should have told me that before, they proceed with my appointment
