IT'S REALLY NOT THE CO-PAY AMOUNT BUT THE DISINFORMATION THAT OCCURRED DURING THIS WHOLE PROCESS! I had surgery done by Dr. Jon and am satisfied with the results, but the other staff and billing process have left me frustrated and confused. I went back for a follow up visit and was told there would be no co-pay since it was a follow up on surgery. Insurance denied payment, also. Then it's rebilled under a different code, and I am billed for a co-pay. The second visit ended up in them doing new tests when I was told when appointment was made that it was only to see if the pressure in my eye had stabilized. Of course, there was a co-pay this time, even though I was informed that the high-pressure readings were probably just normal for me. I have spoken to billing department to only be "blown off" after appealing the CO-PAY on the first follow-up appointment. I have filed appeal with Humana and awaiting their findings. Done with Deaconess after this and a bad primary doctor experience. Plenty of other services out there even if I have to travel a bit.

I went to this place to get fitted for contact lenses, and while it took two separate appointments, everyone was very supportive and available. They were able to squeeze me in not once but twice in the week before I left work college. Currently wearing my contacts, and everything looks so much clearer.

My two daughters went to an appointment at this office. The receptionist ( which refuses to wear a name badge) treated my family very rude. My daughter asked for a clipboard to fill out paperwork but was told she could not have one and had to stand at the desk the whole time. Other patients were along the side of her which is a breach of confidentiality dud to get information being exposed. My daughter is 16 and very aware of her own eyesight but the receptionist made her give the paperwork to her dad to fill out. They again asked for a clipboard due to him having scoliosis and not being able to stand a long time. She still refused to give them a clipboard and stated you are fine standing ( in which he wasn't). She also allowed a younger patient to go in the back for service by himself. and told my daughter she wasn't allowed to go alone remind you my daughter is 16.This wasn't our first time visiting this office And have never been treated this racist in my life . When speaking with the office manager Joe he stated his workers don't know how to be racial. Which informs me this happens all the time and problems don't get corrected at this office which is very sad.
