JR was a huge help in this process. My 4 year old was getting her first pair of glasses and he was extremely helpful and talked us through everything. He made sure we understood our insurance plan and what we needed for her glasses. Highly recommend working with him!

The doctors are all great. Prompt and fast service. The reason for a mid rating is the checkout tactics of employees like JR. He told me my insurance wouldn't pay for the contact lens exam without me buying contacts at their location right then. I told him that was incorrect and isn't how insurance works (I used to work in a eyeglass store and know this) and he said "oh... well look there it works". This is nothing more than a scummy sales tactic that will pressure people into buying. I'm trying a new lens and didn't want to order based on the 4 minutes I had been wearing them and I told him that. Stores need to stop this type of tactic as it makes the rest of the experience less valuable. I get sales jobs are sales jobs but sales shouldn't override what is best for the patient when it comes to medical care.
