Came here today after booking an appointment last week, letting them know it was with a specific insurance company. Drove from 2 hrs away to get there and was told they stopped taking my insurance in September. Wasted gas, time and my child missed a day of school. Highly disappointed with how they handled the interaction.

My insurance directory listed this office as "in network", however they no longer are. They called before my appointment to let me know that, which they did not have to do. My only impression of this place, but a good one!

Ashli was very helpful and provided constructive input on how to pick glasses. Dr. Kelly is very friendly and shows a strong sense of empathy when dealing with our vision. This is not just a cookie cutter optometry. When you come here you are treated as family and not just another customer.
