I'm so highly disappointed with this place. I have brought my family here for quite some time. My dad use to bring me here when I was younger as well. We have been coming for over 20 years! Today, I had an appointment at 11am. I was coming from another appointment, so I called and informed them that I would be 15-20 minutes late. They told me that it was okay. I get to the appointment around 11:18 or so and they start going over my insurance information. At 11:44, a woman, Sandra, I believe, (Spanish with short hair) walked over and said that the doctor won't see my son because I was late. I'm standing there, however, she is talking very loud about me to other worker, but not to me. I told them that it was unacceptable being that I called and I was standing there for over 25 minutes (with 3 kids) before they told me that he was too late for the appointment. Had I called and they inform me that after 15 minutes then I wouldn't be able to see a doctor, I would have pleasantly said that's okay, I'll have to reschedule. I would have had no problem at all. I have never given them a problem here. I pulled my son out of school to come to this appointment and I had to leave work to get him here. Not to mention, we come every year and early every appointment, this was the first time EVER, where I was running behind. Every time we come, we are waiting at least 45 minutes to an hour to be seen, even though we are early, and I NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT IT. It's insane with the double standard. Sandra is super rude and did not even try to accommodate us in any way, she just kept repeating herself saying that the doctor won't see you after 15 minutes. I ended up cancelling all of our current and future appointments and we will never use their services again. I am super duper disappointed with them. They have to realize that the front staff affect the entire business. It's really unfortunate.

The vision place is a good environment to get glasses. Here are some reasons why I say that because the doctors there are really good and the way they explain it and how patiently their are with every patients that comes in. The ladies at the front desk are really nice and they make you feel comfortable, laugh, and many more. Another good thing their are really good sellers too so if I were you I would recommend to get my glasses here with better price and better frames.
