Loved this place! I took my 10 year old daughter in to get new glasses and I'm glad I did. The girl (I completely forgot her name) who assisted us was very friendly she kept a smile on her face the whole time and she was most importantly patient with my picky daughter . They have a really good selection of modern glasses . The doctor was really good also 👍🏼👍🏼. The amazing customer service was appreciated for sure.

I don't like leaving negative reviews. That being said, I can only give this place 3 stars. I had my eyes checked here back in January. When I received my new glasses from them my Rx didn't seem right. I know it can take a few days for eyes to adjust to a new Rx, but it wasn't happening. I went back and they rechecked my eyes. The doctor said everything was fine. So for almost 6 months I wore the glasses. My vision never got better. I recently had my eyes checked somewhere else. I would have done it sooner, but the lockdown prevented it. Guess what? This place got my Rx wrong! I knew it. When I spoke to the doctor here, he denied it and bad mouthed the place I went to recently. All this being said, this place did replace my lenses at no charge with my new Rx. That's why I didn't give 2 or 1 stars. Will not be coming here again.

First time here today and I must say the experience was awesome, from the moment I called to see if they take my insurance (which they did) until the moment I went for my appointment (which was scheduled the same day). The visit was in & out, very welcoming, the doctor was very helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place, it's nice to know great customer service is out there! And can't wait to receive my glasses in a week 👓👍
