Arrived on time and was called in to get checked in after a few minutes. I then went back to surgery area. All medical staff were friendly, efficient, and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism. 24 hrs after procedure all appears at this time to be great. Blurred vision but is getting better as time passes. Great Job.

Although the LASIK surgery went well, I was disappointed that I was never sceduled for a one-year follow up, which I had been told before the surgery was part of my contract. When I called to point this out 13 mos after surgery I was told it would be $75 for the exam, and that price was apparently discounted for me since I had already paid $4,000 for the procedure. Despite multiple phone calls on this issue, they declined to offer me what was promised in my contract. Although I am satisfied with my results, and they took my vision insurance (which was hard to come by), I feel I could have received the same results and been shown a little more care and compassion in the process.

Today I had an appointment at 2:30 for laser vision correction, I waited almost two hours when I was called for an operation, the young doctor twice tried to make an incision in the retina of my eye, but he did not succeed because the laser did not work correctly, broke, then the doctor he told us that he would call us within three days and we would be able to continue, we were not satisfied, we took our money and left. I do not recommend doing surgery in this clinic, as the equipment is not of high quality.
