Dr. Susie Lee is great! Really thorough and accessible--she took her time to make sure she got my prescription right and fully explained my different options. One thing that really stood out as an example of how she goes above and beyond: Typically, the contact lens companies make you jump through a bunch of hoops to get your rebate, but Dr. Lee made it very easy by mailing me all the printed forms and even including a stamped envelope I could drop in the mail to the contact company. Really appreciated that!

Dr. Lowe is great! She is by far the best optometrist I've had. She'll explain about your prescription and the health of your eyes if you need her to, and she doesn't treat you like you're and idiot if you do need something explained. … More
