Dr. DeHaven was very nice. Talked me in a way that I could understand. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. A very good doctor.

My eye surgery was absolutely great. Staff and provider were professional, helpful and compassionate. I had heard both good and bad stories about cataract surgery, but Dr. Dehaven was the best by all I heard from. I am seeing better in my left eye than I have since I was in 3rd- 4th grade. Won't use anyone else to work on my eyes.

An individuals perception of quality care is affected by atmosphere and a climate of positivity towards serving the needs of patients. I always like to feel that I have had a positive experience when visiting a medical facility, and although the staff were courteous, somehow I just felt something lacking. Maybe it had something to do with members of the reception area going behind a barrier talking and then looking out to stare at me.This went on for several minutes, enough to make me feel uncomfortable!
