Love this staff. Brenda was very kind and assisting me while I was being irrate because of an appointment mix up. Ashley was very helpful in helping my indecisive self pick out lenses. It has been 7 yrs since I've worn glasses because I had laser sx. The Dr is amazing as well and explained my eye changes very efficiently.

Great professional staff. I will return next year.

Brenda has extremely terrible customer service. I asked for my contact prescription (which is still valid) but she refused to give it to me because she was worried that I would take it elsewhere. She told me that I would have to do a whole exam over again if I chose not to use the contacts they recommended. I attempted to explain to her that the contacts that were recommended were uncomfortable for me and instead of trying to find a reasonable solution she just told me I would have to do the exam over. I'm sure Brenda would have to know that my insurance would not be willing to cover a new exam so soon and I wouldn't dare pay money out of my pocket for bad service.

Great doctor and great staff

Very nice clinic. The staff was wonderful very helpful. My previous eye exams on other places were basically watching the board on the wall not here they go beyond that. Ashley did a great job explaining everything that was included in my prescription and how my insurance worked. Can't wait to get my glasses!! 🤓 Muy buena clínica el personal es muy amable.

The new employees of Thomas Eye group need an in-service course for customer service. Presently, customers service is Awful.

This is a great place to go for an eye exam staff is very friendly and kind well as helpful and the place is clean and the eye doctor is very nice

I've been going to Dr. Anderson for years. Great staff, great service and Dr Anderson is excellent.

I love my experience from beginning to end. Not to mention they have a great selection of premium brands I like and prefer. For a busy body like myself, I love that they call and text to communicate for appointments and pickup for my glasses. Definitely will make them my primary care opticians

I am a current patient at Thomas Eye Group in Morrow, formerly Ga Optometry Group. The Doctor and staff is very professional knowledgeable. Ashley is the front office is ALWAYS very friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend this Optometrist office to my family and friends.

The doctor is nice but I don’t care for Brenda. She needs better customer service.

This is the best eye doctor I have been too they are very friendly and helpful they make you feel very comfortable. Ashley was very helpful with try to get me the best glasses for my needs. Mrs Brenda was wonderful as will. I have a new eye doctor.
