Last minute appointment. I walked into the office because I really needed to see Dr. Larry Heit but the receptionist said he had a very full schedule till end of August. She was nice and searched and was ready to walk me in next Thursday but you know God is good. Immediately the Dr walked by and I told him that I needed to see him. He talked her into double booking him for next day. I love Thomas eye group. Patient first all the way. Thank you Dr. Larry Heit. 20 stars.

Employees and doctors are all great! Very professional and attentive to patient needs. Fair pricing. Wait times are crazy. Routine annual visit lasted 90 minutes +. This has been my experience over the past 3-5 years.

I've been a patient for years and I love Dr.Abril. The staff is friendly and their technology is up to date. My one complaint and it's been this way for years this that the appointment time is ridiculously long. I came in at 12:30 and didn't leave until 3pm. I did not have a dilation however, I did see Gustavo in contacts. I essentially have to take a half day off just to go see the optometrist. I feel certain that this time frame could be much faster.

I was deeply impressed with the level of professionalism and human concern that I experienced at the TEG, throughout the entire process I was made to feel like patient C.E. rather than number 28. Every step left me well informed regarding the state of my vision. Your facility could be the template for how all health care facilities should operate, thank you doesn't seem like enough in exchange for the care that you give.

Excellent Eye Group! Quick appointment from time I called to scheduling the exam date. No delays in the office and the staff was warm and welcoming. Aging eyes, but all good. Won't be back until next year. Thank you!
