Medical care excellent!! Check in absolutely terrible!! They treat people without any respect, calling patients by their first name, no please our thank for anything and demanding everyone do as they say. I know you are busy but the assembly line should disguised somewhat and a friendly smile wouldn’t hurt once in a while. Check out is fine . Billing is relentless. I had paid in full at time of service or when billed in post-op. I got a bill for $10. Dollars almost a year after service provided, no explanation of charges.I responded that I live overseas and would pay the next time I was in town. The bill was sent to collections!! I sent ten dollar payment with a $40. Wire transfer charge. THANKS very much!!

Good day All, The entire team at the Thomas Eye Group we're outstanding. From the receptionist, to the eyes specialists, as I saw 3 eye specialists, to Dr. B. I just felt so relaxed I was a bit nervous going in because it had something to do with my vision. They made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and not to worry. I would highly recommend them to anyone as they were extremely professional, caring, understanding, Etc thank you! Patrick

We had to take our 2 month old in to evaluate his droopy eyelid. Everyone was so incredibly kind. They also explained the process and what exactly they were looking for, which was extremely helpful. All the staff (including Dr. Berland) were fantastic with our son. The office is very busy, but they are great at getting people through. They have a separate waiting are for peds and within that area, there's a darker area for when their eyes are dilated. It was a very soothing experience for our little one. We came all the way from Winder to the Sandy Springs location and it was 100% worth it. Thank you.
