Very nice, spent time to answer all my questions. Great experience. Staff as well was so friendly. I can not remember her name,but the girl that took the pictures of my eye. Was so friendly, made you feel so relaxed. Would highly recommend. Thank you..

He is the best!!!
I really like his style. He explains things so perfect and answers your questions honestly. I give him 20 Stars He’s never in a hurry and makes you feel like he genuinely cares, and his staff are very well informed and trained.There’s no one like him!!

I have been treated by Dr. Tsai since he began his practice in Akron.
He has performed laser surgery for me and has always been professional and considerate of my comfort. He only performs the treatment needed. I have recommended him to several friends who have been in need of the best retina eye care available. They have thanked me for the recommendation. I feel Dr. Tsai has saved the vision in my left eye. His staff is extremely professional as well. I was quickly greeted and my examination started within 3 or 4 minutes of my arrival. I would recommend him to anyone. He is the BEST of the BEST.
