Dr. Eng was nice however he charged me for a contact fitting even though my insurance covered it. He told me they didn't even though I showed him that they did. I had to get a copy of my payment and submit to my insurance on my own which I recieved reimbursement for. Also I went to his office for nose pad change during open business hours and the office was closed and lights were off. It was 11 am! There were no signs saying they were out or at lunch and would be back so I left. I also called the office to get a copy of my contact prescription so I can order them online but he recommeneded I order from him. After inquiring about cost I thanked him for that option but informed him I just needed the prescription faxed to me. He again insisted that I just order from him. After several more attempts to have me order from him I sternly informed him I was no intrested at all in ordering from him and just needed my Rx. He finally agreed to fax my Rx to me. For these reasons in will not be returning back to his office.
