I don’t normally leave reviews but this place deserves far more than just five stars. Everyone here has been incredibly welcoming and so nice. I’ve been going through so much with my eyes and they have been there with me every step of the way. I couldn’t be more grateful to them from the front desk staff to the clinical team all the way to the doctors. Can’t thank them enough!

I avoid posting any negative reviews, but this time I had to. Had a worst experience of my life with this facility. Went to this eye clinic for the first time due to my regular doctor was not available. Dr. Kelly himself was very kind. But office services are terrible. I generally pay my co-pays for visit and material for me and my daughter and nothing else. First they charged my almost double just for my daughter's lenses (not even frame), and then they had some test without informing me that it MAY not be covered by my insurance. Took several weeks to get my daughter's glasses, which was ok for whatever reason. The lenses were the worst quality, even after I paid a premium price, and started having problems in a few months, which I took back and they sent it for a replacement. I had to literally follow up evey week for the status and I never received any follow up calls even after requesting so, except once to tell me they will let me know. After several follow up calls, I finally got to know that the glasses were in the office, so I went to get it collected and I was literally refused to give me the glasses because they said there's a balance on the glasses. To my surprise, I told them I had paid everything in full and this was just a replacement. Then they told me it was that test which insurance didn't cover. I said I need to talk to my insurance about it since I never had to pay any extra other than my co-pay. They said we won't hand over the glasses until that balance is paid-off. I told her these are my daughter's glasses which she really need and has been waiting for month, and I will take care of the balance after talking to insurance. But they rudely refused. I just paid them because my daughter needed those glasses and has been waiting for a long time. I had to pay literally double of what I used to pay just for a lens. Please beware of such offices who charge you in the name of unnecessary tests which are not covered by insurance. Very regretful that I went to this facility, and its pity that because of such services, you miss to get treated by a good doctor.

I have been going here for years. Outstanding staff and an outstanding doctor. He never rushes you through an appointment. You don't sit for hours waiting to be seen. I've never had a billing issue. If you need an excellent eye doctor, this is the man.
