Emergency appointment for my eyes, from the minute I walked in everyone was professional, from front desk to those who gave eye tests to gather information for me to see Dr Hull, who explained what the emergency with my eyes was and what needed to be done. Which was Lazer surgery right away for a hole in my right eye that could lead to retina separation and some loss of sight. On the same day within an hour I was sent home with the hole repaired to be seen in 3 weeks for check up and with a phone number to Dr Hull for overnight emergency needs.

From start to finish I was treated kindly and professionally. I was given detailed information about my surgery. This helped ease my anxiety about the procedure.

Everyone is always patient with me as I use my cane. Dr Hull is always kind, patient & easily answers all my questions.

I was sure I was losing my eye sight or at least was facing surgery. Dr Hull put me at ease immediately. He assured me in a couple of months I'll be back to full sight. He and the entire staff are awesome.

Dr. Hull and the staff are very professional in everything from when you enter the office until you leave. I couldn’t be happier.

Dr. Hull and his staff are wonderful. I’m changing health insurance and I wanted to make sure that he took my insurance before I switched. Staff is very friendly which is important to me. They are educated and knowledgeable too. They had pics taken of the back of my eye to compare to next year when I come back for a checkup. Very smart!

Don't love getting a shot in my eye, but it's better than going blind! I'm always treated nicely and the staff is very helpful. After hip replacement surgery they weren't put off that I couldn't get around well and were understanding, helpful. I appreciate that!

Staff are very helpful and provide excellent patient care and information. Dr. Hull is always very receptive to my questions or concerns. He discusses findings of the tests run that day and provides information on our next steps. Appointments run smoothly and on time.

It’s been a year since the start of my retinal detachment journey. I switched to Retina Associates (RA) about 2 months into treatment, so I’ve been under their care for about 10 of the past 12 months. The doctor tells me that my surgery looks great: my eye has healed well and there is no scarring. Functionally, my vision in the surgical eye is about 20:100, with significant distortion, glare sensitivity, and double vision at close range. Although I’m not dissatisfied with the quality of surgical procedures that RA performed, I’ve been disappointed by some aspects of my care and communication. 1. A key OCT scan from early in my treatment was lost, and no clear explanation was given. 2. After receiving a steroid implant for cystoid macular edema, I followed the office’s phone instructions regarding my report of sudden vision loss, only to learn at my next visit that the advice I’d been given was the opposite of what the doctor intended. Unfortunately, this led to a second retinal detachment involving the macula and required another surgery. 3. The silicone oil used in that surgery bonded to my silicone intraocular lens, damaging it. 4. After the oil removal, I was referred to an optometrist for refraction but given no recommendation. The doctor I found on my own informed me that further improvement wasn’t possible because of photoreceptor damage — something I hadn't previously been told. I’ve also had a billing issue, viz., an unexpected charge for an OCT scan despite having 100% comprehensive insurance coverage. At the 1-year mark, I still have significant visual limitations and double vision. I wish there had been clearer communication throughout my treatment and better coordination of care.

A very professional staff. Easy check in. Courteous employees who appear to like their positions and know their jobs. Dr. Hull is very knowledgeable & extremely helpful.

The appointment itself was good Dr.Hull is great but I think they over schedule because for a 5-7 minutes it took with the doctor we were there for 1hr and 45 minutes.

I found the entire staff to be pleasant, friendly and helpful. Dr Hull was low-key but caring. The offices are well equipped, bright and clean. Easy access parking. I am glad to be cared for by Dr Hull and his staff and feel confident they can and will manage any issues that may/may not develop.

He's very professional but also has a sense of humor. Never have to wait long for my appointment. The office staff runs like a well oiled machine and they are very easy to talk to.
