I recently had my first visit as a new patient with doctor Thomas Alpren,and I was very impressed with the care I received. The doctor was kind, professional, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my appointment. However, my experience at check-in was not pleasant. The front desk staff member spoke in a very loud tone and discussed issues about not finding my insurance in front of other patients. It made me feel uncomfortable and a bit embarrassed. I truly appreciate the doctor’s excellent care, but I hope the office can improve the front desk experience to make patients feel more respected and comfortable when they arrive.

Dr Alprin is kind, thorough and an excellent physician. His experience makes him a top notch choice for eye issues. I’m blessed to have him as my Dr for over 15 years.
