Ester apparently avoided my calls because she actually “never placed the order” as she cried into the telephone. No glasses for my trip (ordered 4 weeks in advance), avoid this place and this incompetent cry-baby. Big loss for me.

Amazing place, great staff. Unfortunately there was a crazy witch with a b in there threatening a worker bc she is trying to go on a trip or something but not the staffs fault theres just plenty of racist karens there. If you get a chance please go and check out their vinyl frames!

What a great eye glass experience! Sonia was very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to glasses. My husband and I both felt very supported and we would purchase glasses from Through the Hayes Optometry again.
