This has been my favorite eye center thus far. (With eye issues, I have seen many optometrists and opthamalagist) Everyone here is so kind, helpful, and provides great service. Clarissa helped me before seeing Doctor Van. She was very thorough and just the sweetest. I have very high myopathey (bad eye sight), and last year, I had to have some laser surgery for a couple of tears. I wish I had been seen here first. Doctor Van (hopefully that's how you spell his last name)anyways, he's very thorough. He talks to the assistant nurse the entire time. Documenting whatever he finds, and he is kind enough to explain the findings to you. He explains what should and shouldn't be concerning when it comes to the retina. I appreciate the care that is taken here at this location. 🙂

Horrible service, we had t wait two months for an appointment and the customer experience is horrible. The person that they have assigned to take the complaints is incompetent, he does not know how to handle complaints. I called to complain about the horrible experience that we had and was transferred to Roberto Salazar, he does not know a thing about customer service or how to de-escalate the situation. I asked to speak to someone else and he terminated the call.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end, and that has been hard to find here in the RGV. The receptionist was professional and transparent with the long wait. I was a walk-in, added to a full schedule, so I understood and decided to wait. The nurses were all professional and personable. Dr. Bentley was just the same, even apologized for the wait time, when it was not needed, but appreciated. Check out was smooth as well. Great facility, would recommend.
