Big waste of time....

Customer service has a poor disposition in this office. Without asking why I can't wear a mask due to medical reasons I had to sit in my car while my husband had his appointment after surgery. No good Morning how are you? Nothing but ignorance. I gave one star to be able to post this.

Dr. T has always taken care of my eye needs. Very accommodating and professional. highly recommended. 6 stars!

Very poor customer service. Refused to work with me for an emergency eye situation that I had. My mom a lso complained about surgery she had through them.

Thanks to having Threated the VA transpertation with emailing President Trump .if they didn't provider transportation to and from your office ( since it's VA community care) so I can now make all my appointments to an eye doctor I've had a lot of experience and think highly of .. thank you and see you July 28 at 1.pm.

Dr. Tillis, is the best eye doctor in Jacksonville!! I had to have an procedure done on my eye and I was a nervous wreck because I had heard horror stories from others who had to go through the same procedure. Dr. Tillis was VERY sweet and patient with me about the situation and was able to calm me down. I’m not easy to calm down when it comes to things dealing with my eyes lol but she managed to work her magic! 💗 It turns out that I was nervous for nothing lol because it was over before I could even THINK about screaming 😂

Dr Tillis is very thorough and knows what she is doing. Glad I went to her.
