I had an new client/eye appointment and was seen in a very caring way. I noticed as soon as I walked in they were friendly an nice an kind. My wait time was very minimal. The Doctor, Mrs Miller was highly professional, through, and kind. When I was done I was having problems getting my insurance to be found. Mrs Miller oversaw my plight with the hassle of Medicare insurance an even waved a fee for me. I am extremely grateful an actually enjoyed my visit. I would highly recommend this place for it's friendly & caring staff, an the Doctor who was exceptional in her field. Thank you 😁

These folks got issues. My wife got glasses from the Grovetown location. These glasses lenses change colors in the sun, but they change at different rates so one eye looks black and the other is light grey. Took them back. The Grovetown location acts like this is a first. New lenses came in and we tried to go to Grovetown for the replacement their machine is broken. So now we are downtown. Been here for over an hour. They have had at least a dozen customers come in and out. "Working on it" is all they will say. If you need eye glasses find some where else. I would suggest paying more else where rather than running in circles for people that do not seem to be prepared for their job. I'm sure this isn't a common thing. Then again if all you do is sell eye glasses you would think they would be better at their jobs.

I have had the WORST customer experience from any optometrist I've seen. They wanted to test contact lenses when I normally order glasses, then lost the contact lenses that were ordered. They told me they could go ahead and order my glasses and that I could pay for them when I picked up the contacts. Now, after I have already paid for the contacts AND the glasses, they are telling me the glasses haven't even been ordered yet. It's been two weeks since I paid for the glasses and they haven't even ordered them?! AWFUL handling and customer service. Do not give these people your money.
