I’ve been going to TLC Eyewear for glasses and contacts for as long as I can remember, and highly recommend them. The folks at TLC Eyewear are friendly, helpful, and responsive. They work with you to make sure you can get the best deal possible on your eyewear. It’s been a pleasure to work with them each year!

Until recently I have always had a pleasant experience ordering glasses for my son here. However, our most recent order has been a nightmare. We placed our order on 1/4/26 and was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. I called several times and was repeatedly told they weren’t in yet. I tried to be patient. I just called again yesterday, 3/9/26. I was told the glasses had arrived in Brockton that day, but they had actually been sitting in their East Bridgewater office since 2/18/26 per their records. Why couldn’t anyone have seen or told me that back when I was calling? I understand if they got sent to the wrong location, but the delay it caused me by not being told they were even there is unacceptable. I would have drove to E Bridgewater weeks ago to get them! My son is 3 and has severe visual impairments and desperately needs an accurate prescription ASAP to prevent his strabmisus from worsening. I am so disappointed in their mishandling this. I am editing my review to add a response since it won’t let me reply. I appreciate the apology. However, you are incorrect. This was not a replacement pair. He did have a replacement pair from you last year. And insurance didn’t deny it because he is entitled to one replacement per year. This was a whole new stronger prescription. To my knowledge this was never denied by insurance, but if it was that should have been communicated to me so I could have stepped in and advocated for my son. And I did not receive any messages on 2/18.
