My first experience 16 years ago was great but trying to get re-treatment is aggravating. Two solid months after my eye doctor submits the necessary documents I was told wait two more weeks before they will review it. Sit on hold when I call and just treated second rate. I’m trying to have patience but I could have paid the same money to go somewhere twice and been treated like a real customer each time. Sad.

Getting Lasik eye treatment at TLC Laser/Laser Plus Milwaukee was an amazingly positive experience! I had been wearing contacts for 22 years and I was ready for a change. The entire process was done quickly! I called Tuesday to book a free consultation, was able to get in the next morning and was offered an appointment for the treatment to be done the same day or Friday. All of the staff were so friendly too! I couldn’t believe it! I chose to have it done Friday. Dr. Probst talked me through everything and had a very calm and reassuring voice. The procedure was painless and only took 15 seconds for each eye to be completed. I would highly recommend this company as well having Lasik done for anyone who is a good candidate!
