My experience was amazing from start to finish, starting with my consult with Jim at the TLC Albany location. I felt 100% comfortable with the information I received about the procedure from Jim, Kate B. and Dr. Hunt. Any questions I asked about the procedure they answered and I was ready to book that day. On my surgery day again I was met with a great team of Kate ,Dr. Hunt, and Dr Schultze, eager to answer my questions in depth and make me comfortable. They explained step by step during the procedure and answered all my questions and concerns for follow up. Several hours post op I was experiencing typical symptoms that were very uncomfortable which led to a office phone call with a very reassuring response to my concern. I truly felt the entire process was so easy! I'm so glad I had a great team to execute my Lasik journey! Thank you to everyone at the TLC Albany!
