Had a fantastic experience at TOC (north and central locations) Victor went absolutely above and beyond in helping me schedule an urgent appointment before I went out of town. His friendliness and obvious concern for patient care was so appreciated. Dr. Irina Belinksky and Maddie (Hope I got that spelling right!) were incredible during my procedure. So kind, funny and calming. They explained everything thoroughly and kept me relaxed and breathing throughout. Great experience here. Thank you!

As many of the reviewers correctly described, TOC’s front office experience is below par. They matched me to the wrong specialist so I had to pay $130 consultation fee and 3 hours of my time. I also waited for an hour past my appointment time to be seen, filled out 10+ pages of paper work cause they don’t have an integrated electronic record system. When I asked why I was matched to an eye doctor when my main complaint was ENT, I was met with defensiveness and ill reasoning. In fact, read TOC’s response to all the 3 stars and below reviews and find one that is not defensive. I can even type up the response to my review to save them some time - “ You wanted to be seen for condition A, which the doctor we scheduled you with does not treat, but on this condition B that you just have some casual questions on, let us schedule you with that doctor. Oh, you still want to solve you MAIN COMPLAINT condition A, you would have to go through the process all over again with another doctor, and also pay us. We did what’s best based on our limited knowledge of what doctor offers what types of services.” For those of you with extreme patience and still want to go there, Dr. Irina Belinsky DOES NOT treat TMJ and do jaw Botox, Dr. Amish Abrol does, good luck.

My sister and my mom came to this place in May to get some lab test done. My mom needed these lab tests just to get regular reading glasses because she’s been having trouble seeing. After doing the test it was invalid because my mom didn’t “fast” so the test didn’t work. My mom has done test for years and doesn’t even eat gum before test so we were really confused on why it didn’t work. So we took it again, we waited months for our test results. My sister would call almost every week to get my mom’s results. We tried being understanding because they could be busy.I can say for a FACT they never reached out to us, We always had to email or call them. But the fact that we called every week and didn’t get anything back is just rude. We called them today 8/28/2023 and you can tell they are unprofessional, unorganized, and they wasted 3 months of our time. When we called they STILL didn’t have the lab results. I’m highly disappointed in the place and disgusted at their lack of empathy for a patient. Maddy was absolutely no help. We were referred here but I’m NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.
