I had a great experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, making me feel at ease right away. Dr. Hayter & staff were very professional – not only did they conduct a thorough eye exam, but they also took the time to explain each step and answer all of my questions with patience and expertise. The office was equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which made the entire process smooth and efficient.

THE SHORT OF IT: Need a new eye doctor? YES, Go here! Need glasses? SKIP - save yourself! Doctor Chapman was GREAT and probably one of the better eye doctors I've seen in years. However, the staff is lazy and doesn't even acknowledge that you are there so it forces you to leave without getting glasses since they are unwilling to help. Definitely don't shop here for glasses, but get an exam here!

I saw Dr. Chapman, he's awesome! l really admire the love of his job, his business, and appreciation of his staff. The front desk staff is also great! Payment, scheduling, and overall processes are set up very efficiently. Support local and go here! Highly recommend.
