I brought my son in for an injury to the eye. It was an emergency, which they assured me to come in. We waited for an hour and a half before deciding to leave to go to an emergency room for immediate care. My son was in extreme pain and crying in the waiting room, while Dr Todd walked by several times. Not once attempting to help or take a quick look to see if he needed to go to the hospital. The doctor may have further damaged my son's eye by ignoring him and not treating him in a timely manner.
