The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the optometrist was amazing. The customer service on the other hand is awful. I went in as an emergency I live out of state broke my glasses and had no contacts. I was told I would have my order in 2 weeks. I called at the 2 week mark because we were getting a huge snow storm and asked them to wait to send out my order until the next Monday. I called the next week to verify the order was shipped and was told the contacts were on back order (first time hearing this). I asked them to mail my glasses. I was told I would receive a call back from Davonte. It is now Monday of the next week no call back and my glasses have still not shipped. I feel like I was just another sell which is disappointing because the doctors there are so amazing.

Dr Coleman really helped explain the current problems with my eyes, what the tests meant and outlined how it will be monitored in future visits. This information made me feel assured that I am doing what is needed to maintain eye health and to not stress. All of the staff at both Crossroads and Denton locations are the best, very friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel right at home. The only thing I would like is a taller more supportive chair in the waiting room for older seniors who have difficulty standing up (or who suffer from knee problems) from your cushy chairs. Just one would be good! Otherwise please don't change a thing! Doctors and staff are excellent!

This was my sons first time to try contacts, they scheduled a “teach” appt and were so patient and helpful! I highly recommend for teenagers first contact appt!
