When I went in for my regular eye exam, I pointed out a problem with my Ray Bans purchased at my last visit. The staff said it was a defect, but that they will not remedy it because I waited too long to report it. (The Ray Bans were purchased at my last regular eye exam).I got my prescription and will not return to Total Vision.

Went today! I would recommend. Whole staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I’d like to give a special shout out to Kam for being very sweet and personable and helpful, Tamisha for being very informative about the billing processes and a treat to be around! And finally Dr. Starkey for being professional and taking care of me and prescribing me the correct lenses. All in all a great staff!

The worst customer experience I have ever had. Did an insurance verification check prior to booking appointment. Was told by Trevor no copay or charge would be required for my annual eye exam. After visit was told insurance only covered $60 and remainder expense of of more than $60 was required out of pocket. Staff was difficult to deal with in getting my prescription and records from last year’s visit which was completely paid for. Doctors fine… but office staff is not knowledge or customer service oriented. I will be willing to change this review should staff reach out to me to try and achieve customer satisfaction. They do not seem to care about loss of business.
