Service is very messy.i came there month a go to get my wife's new eye glases. We paid full amount waited two weeks as promised. They Never informed us till date whether the eye glarses are ready. we called 4 weeks after to check the status. Then this girl said " you don't have eye glases ready for you but we have some glases redy for your wife" 😃 They mesed up the names appred in insurance. This is unprofessional & no any quality of their work....... I dont go get any eye glarses again.

I have been going there for 20 plus years. Dr. Goldstone sold to the new vision care center which is a corporate chain. Needed a new pair of glasses made. The person helping me was rude and not helpful at all. Told me my past glasses I brought in were exactly the same, not once but twice. When I explained for the third time he finally looked and realized what I was saying. Do you think I got an apology or at least an acknowledgement of his mistake. That's a big...no. There really is something to say about small businesses....

I have FINALLY FOUND AN EYE CARE CENTER I WILL BE HAPPY TO GO BACK TO NEXT YEAR!!!!! I found that I have the Polycarbonate "Disease" My distance is Perfect. So ANY Change in VIEW it becomes distorted. Ms. PATTY caught it and reordered my lens prescription with the new material. OH MY!!!!! I can wear them with minimal "eye strain"!!!! I am 59 years old an only need reading glasses. Because of the polycarbonate effect, I always got "Grandpa" frames. Always Looking over the glasses. Argh.
