Dr. Machan as well as the entire staff who cared for me on a moments notice was so efficient and caring for my emergency request to be seen this morning. Many exams were done, and I left with a feeling of being well cared for with no vision problems. The kind, fast attention made me feel well cared for. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs urgent eye care, THANK YOU, Century staff. I'm grateful. Ginny Hummell

Recently had cataract surgery by Dr Patel. It was very successful. Dr Patel explained everything. The surgical department was wonderful. The nurse explained what to do before surgery and what to expect after. The staff is friendly and courteous. I would recommend Tri-Century to family and friends.

This office is usually busy but not overly so. The day we came for my husband’s appointment however, the office was unusually crowded and the doctors running behind. We had to wait a long time but when we finally were called, we were initially attended to by Rachel, and remarkable assistant with an amazing way of dealing with people and her job, making both look easy, comfortable, and friendly. My husband and I have been patients at this organization for several decades and never, and I mean never, have we had the experience of being helped and treated by a person as kind, as efficient, as focused on making sure each of us understood what she was doing, why, and how to follow her instructions….all done with unparalleled caring. It was obvious Rachel knew exactly what she was doing, yes, but it was more obvious and to us, just as important, that she was taking the time to make sure we were not treated as part of a set of chores . We felt seen, heard, cared about. And yes, the level of this set of interactions was so head and shoulders above all of the other fine care we have received from technicians over these many years, that we strongly believed we had to write it up. She is a gift….I hope the whole organization knows it and appreciates her. Thank you, Rachel for treating us as special and deserving of care and respect, no matter how quickly things had to happen!
