Very nice and helpful group that work here.I had a great experiance.

I went to Tri-City for a new pair of glasses, but the ones they made were not what I asked for. I specifically told them I didn’t want bifocals or a split lens, yet they made the top half for distance and the bottom half for reading. This design strains my eyes and makes the glasses unusable for me. I expressed my concern when I picked them up, but I was not offered a solution, adjustment, or refund. The lack of communication and poor customer service has left me very disappointed. I expected better professionalism and attention to what the customer actually requests. I do not recommend this place unless you want to risk being ignored and stuck with glasses you can’t use.
