My son had an appointment 3 weeks ago. When we were leaving they stated they were closing so they couldn't run his insurance to find out how much I would have to pay out of pocket. I called every day since his appointment to see what and how much do I have to pay. A young girl told me she and another lady wasn't trained on how to run insurance and the person I need to speak to is only in two days a week. Mind you he is always so busy on his two days and is never available or calls me back. My son is still without glasses and the young girl basically told me to go elsewhere. I explained he could not see at all and she said "well what you want me to do".

My first time going to Tri State Family Eye Care. The Dr. is very nice but seemed to have been pre occupied with something during my initial eye exam. I have problems with seeing up close. My vision for distance is fine. I left my eye glasses that I wanted my script placed in, which would be bifocals and transitional. I was called in a few weeks later to pick up my glasses and tried them on and everything was blurred and in my face. I left the glasses until I was able to speak with the Dr. Upon returning the next day I had my eyes examined again and was told the script was correct. I explained that it wasn’t correct. I was than advised to take them home and practice using them, which I did . I began having headaches and eyes jumping. I returned a week later for a correction to be made to the lenses. This time I was told my frames were to heavy and they are slipping off my face, I was also told my frames were lopsided , I paid good money for the frames ( Tory Burch) and now the excuse was my ears were not even one ear sits up higher than the other. I told her I have never heard anything like that in my entire life and I’m 55 and worn glasses before. I am too through with this place. I am now waiting for them to call me in to pick up my glasses. I will also be complaining to my insurance company.

Dr. Elcock is very friendly, professional and kind when I go for my routine check ups. The office assistants are always really helpful in scheduling. I'd highly recommend their services.
