Trying to make an appointment on this place and just didnt feel comfortable providing my whole SSN over the phone to make an appt when my VSP card specifically says that my ID number is the last 4 digits of it. But the lady over the phone got mad when I told her nobody request this over the phone and literally hang the call. I'm surprised of this place having 4.4 stars when their customer services and policies suck!

Have had multiple great experiences. Have annual eye appointment now. Generally covered by advantage plan. ALL doctors are good.

They make the whole process of eye exams and picking out glasses a breeze. Doctor Hutto is very professional, polite, and patient. Toby is very helpful during the process of trying on, and choosing the right glasses. The entire staff has always treated me with kindness. I knew at my first appointment in 2014 that I found the right eye doctor's office for me.
