Everyone here is so kind and helpful! Amazing customer service from everyone I came in contact with and there was no wait at any part of the exam. Dr. Moreno was awesome and Justin who helped me find the perfect frames is so good at what he does... He observed to learn my style and he ended up picking me out a pair that was exactly what I was looking for. I chose this location simply because of their availability and totally lucked out. So worth the hour drive!!

As a new client, I am very happy with the service and products that I received at Eye Care Premier. I was greeted at the door by a friendly person who took my temperature. Everyone wore a well fitted mask and I knew covid-safety was practiced here. There was no waiting and I was immediately escorted to a back room where preliminary tests began. Soon, Dr. Bedsole arrived and he was very friendly, caring, easy to talk with and professional. The helpful Optician was knowledgeable and very patient with my indecisiveness in choosing new eye glasses. The Office manager and the whole team were all courteous and eager to help. Upon my request, they added their input which helped me to finally make a choice of frames and we even shared a few laughs! All paperwork and payment was handled smoothly by the front desk. They guided me to make the best choices for payment, saving me a few dollars. Everything was so easily handled and information was made clear. I had a very pleasant experience and I love my new glasses! I will be going back again and I highly recommend Eye Care Premier.

They recently changed offices and merged with another practice and have gone back to the stone age. They didn’t have my results or scans from last year, could not find contact lenses after searching for 30 minutes, and did not provide me with my prescription when I left. All my results were hand written this time around. When I called later and asked for it via email or over the phone they mentioned they’re unable to do so even though they emailed it last year. On top of that I have to make a return visit for a contact lens fitting even though I’ve been wearing the same brand and prescription for the last 10 years. Ridiculous.
