I came in with an eye infection over a month ago. I ordered new glasses. I asked if there was anyway we could put a rush on the glasses and was told no. Then someone at the ten ten office said that they would make a note on the account. I was never notified by call or text that my glasses came in. They arrived on the 14th and Now 11 days later I’m finally picking them up after calling and asking if they have arrived the day before. In the future it would be great to actually receive a call. Extremely disappointed.
