We cannot say enough positive things about Triangle Visions and the team at Harps Mill. A super special shoutout to Ms. Renee in the vision therapy program. She worked with all three of our daughters and truly felt like a part of our family by the time we were finished with sessions. Our daughters adored her and VT helped them all SO much! Dr. Miller is also absolutely WONDERFUL. We could not have asked for a better experience. When one of our daughters got glasses the team who helped her pick them out was also excellent and made it feel like a fashion show. It was just an exceptional experience all around and we will be forever grateful for the help and service they provided to our family.

I have been a customer of this location for over 20 years so it pains me to give them a bad review but after multiple bad experiences it is warranted. Dr Brooks was absolutely spectacular as always but the rest of the business model is terrible. They NEVER answer the phone at this location and all calls are routed to a "call center" where they will take a message and supposedly deliver it to this location. The problem is that no one ever calls you back. After getting a routine eye exam for contacts I was given new contact options to try out and figure which combination I liked best. After doing so I called to order more contacts and left multiple messages over the course of 2 weeks and never got a call back. Being as I was desperately low on contacts I had no choice but to physically DRIVE OVER THERE just so I could order more contacts. I can't imagine what would happen if you needed immediate or urgent eye care. I will be finding a new eye care provider to say the least. There has to be a more efficient eye care provider out there that cares about customer service.

I have been going to this location for the past 2 years, recently I called and asked for a copy of my contact lens prescription, the "call center" promised the information would be emailed, 1 week went by, then 2 weeks, I called again, and the call center again promised someone would send me the information, 3 weeks later I still do not have the information requested. After that, I attempted to schedule an appointment online, and waited for a confirmation for the appointment--nothing. I called a different eye dr's today and I'm scheduled for next week. This office needs to answer the phone, get rid of the call center--it's useless. Also confirm appointments made online. SMH. I have no contacts!
