I visited this eye doctor today for an eye examination, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience, especially regarding hygiene and patient care. …

Had an appointment at 2:00. The doors were locked. The building looked like an abandoned building. Receptionist finally shows up to let me in. The office was nasty and dirty no air conditioning had to wear gloves and a mask. Overall this place is very unprofessional and seems a little shady to me. I have reason to believe that the receptionist was also the eye doctor because there was no staff there. I leave because there's no air conditioning and the attitude I got for not wanting to wear rubber gloves. The receptionist or whoever the lady was runs out the building to my car begs me to come back in and tells me that she's willing to turn the air conditioner on. Best places a joke and I don't know how a place like this remains open.

Very knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring and customer oriented. Before my Cataract surgery I could read two lines on the eye chart, after my Cataract surgery I could read the whole chart down to the bottom line! Thank you Dr. Or. Much appreciated

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had. Completely rude and unprofessional. ZERO bedside manner. And he was the only one in his office. Absolutely creepy. Will never return.

Dr. Or and his staff was amazing. I had an emergency situation where I got something stuck in my eye. I was in a lot of pain and I was turned away by many other places I called Dr. Or and he made a space in his packed schedule for me. His staff managed my pain with drops while I waited for my appointment time. Dr. Or stayed past 7pm working to remove what was stuck in my eye. He also took the time to do a very thorough examination on both my eyes to ensure everything was good. Even after my appointment was over I had an issue with the pharmacy where the prescription needed to be re-submitted. I called Dr. Or and he answered right away it was nearly 8pm at this time. I was able to get my prescription sorted out and I'm feeling much better today.
I've read through some of the other negative review and I have no idea what these people are talking about. Dr. Or and his staff was extremely kind, and professional, especially when waiting for my appointment they didn't just let me suffer in the waiting room they rushed out from behind the counter to examine my eye and treat me with numbing drops to keep me from being in pain. There isn't another Dr. office out there that would care that much. I would have been charged thousands of dollars if I had gone to an emergency room. I cannot thank them enough for being willing to stay so incredibly late to ensure that I was taken care of. I would give Trinity Eye Care a 10/10 if I could.

This place is a joke! They charged my mother $300 for a check up and didn't even bother to give her some eye drops that she really needed! Even though they have hundreds of free samples and they indicated she has post cataract dry eye but didn't bother to give her anything! Not recommending this place.

My son was referred from his doctor to see a eye specialist for his lazy eye. They called me up to set up the appointment and I even told them on the phone even though the Dr did during the referral. We arrive at the appointment to find a unprofessional staff. She was the only one there and I knew something was up when I entered the building because it looked like someone just set up a fake business inside a empty rented area. The staff area behind the glass looked even worse. What I believe to be the patients folders as there was tons was just thrown and piled on top of each other. The woman who worked there ran a salon next to it also which seemed odd. When we told her why we were there she just rudely kept saying that they don't do that here and she will have to call the doctor because the doctor wasn't there and then she text him. I got tired of the weird rude behavior and wasting our time that I just left. Avoid at all cost. Makes sense why there's tons of bad reviews

The doctor and his only staff member are both extremely rude and unprofessional. No patient who is seeking medical care should be
scolded by a healthcare “professional”. They spoke to my 77 year old mother like she was a child. Don’t waste your time here, they will promptly schedule you an appt. But when you arrive, be ready to wait awhile beyond your scheduled time. This entire establishment is unorganized- with medical files scattered throughout the office, not sure how or if they could ever follow up with patients or keep accurate payment records. They do not abide by or meet HIPAA standards, as patient information is visible and examine doors are left open while doctor is in with other patients.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. When you first walk into the office they keep it freezing and it often smelled of spoiled milk. Once you go back you see the overflow of medicine files scattered EVERYWHERE! Nothing is filed. The clock and calendar are even wrong. They asked my grandmother to pay a balance she paid months prior and had she not been keeping her own records of payment they would have taken $200 for her visits that she didn't owe. Most times we sat in the lobby no less than a hour past the appointment time. Sometime the doctor wouldn't even be there. We have sat as long as 4 hours. Once you see the doctor note he does NOT change his gloves between patients and asked you to return eye drops after your surgery so he can use them on other patients. I have accompanied my grandmother to visits and never once have I seen this office clean, sanitized, or been given any type of paperwork to explain medical instructions for follow up care. The ppl are nice but the establishment needs to be inspected by the board of health and potentially shut down as soon as possible before someone's care is jeopardized.

I moved to the area and needed to see a dr for my cataracts and macular hole. I found Dr Or. He was extremely informative after all the testing was completed. He was quiet until the end. His office lady was a complete delight. They both are very polite and helpful. It’s hard to find great drs but I hit the jackpot.

Scammers. Sent me an email about a job. Then ignored me. When I finally reached someone he told me to quit calling in a extremely unprofessional manner.

My name is Michele Sumerlin. Three years ago, I experienced an issue with my eye and went to Grandview Hospital. I was referred to Dr. Sung Or, D.O. Before I even made it home, Dr. Or personally called to check on me and asked me to contact him immediately if I had any concerns. He scheduled an appointment for me the following Monday.
Three years later, I am still a patient of Dr. Or. He and his secretary are always friendly, welcoming, and professional. One of the things I appreciate most about Dr. Or is that he is extremely thorough. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure that I fully understand my condition and treatment options.
If you're concerned about the wait time, don't be. The quality of care and attention you receive are well worth it. Dr. Or truly cares about his patients, and that level of dedication is hard to find. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking excellent eye care.
