I came to Trinity Optical with a challenging need for frames with hooked ear pieces. Other's said that they were unavailable. The gentleman at Trinity was up to the challenge. I recommend this company Walter Linehan

I went to Trinity Optical with an eyeglasses prescription to buy a pair of lenses. Scott was attentive and diligent. I ordered the new lenses. After a few days of using the new glasses, it was clear that there was something wrong with them. I went back to Trinity Optical to ask for advice. Several things came up about the possible cause of the problem. I think all of them could have been brought up during my first visit (before ordering the lenses). At one point it was clear to me that my only option was returning the lenses. After asking for the return, Scott was upset, and his attitude changed: he was no longer friendly, crossed out my file in front of me, and even made a hostile insinuation. He discounted $50 from my refund, which was not a known condition, and it’s not common practice. Trinity Optical seems to have good customer service when things go right, but the opposite when things go wrong.

I've had a great experience at Trinity Optical. Scott is very helpful with lots of personal care, and is great at dealing with difficult prescriptions. His prices are pretty high, but they're about on par with everyone else's.
