There was no optometrist on day of appt even though there were many confirmation texts and emails sent. Waste of time since parent had to take off of work. Need better communication.

I did LASIK with Dr Patel and the staff there is very knowledgeable, empathetic and caring. At first, I wanted to do the procedure just before a trip to the East coast where I would be out for 7 weeks. Even though they could have squeezed the procedure in a day or two before my flight, they advised me not to for my own safety and explained the process that there is a next day follow up and it’s less complicated for me to be in the area to receive care if needed. That made me feel like they genuinely care about me and my health and they are about the patient first vs trying to get more LASIK done to get paid. Throughout the procedure, I was told what’s going to happen and how it will feel and that made me very comfortable. Dr Patel even let me know that I’ll hear the laser noise for 7 seconds before the laser was turned on and that made me feel calm knowing exactly what’s going to happen. I highly recommend you to there for your eye care.
