I was a new patient at this facility this week seen for what should have been an easy appointment of yearly check on keeping my glasses prescription updated. While I was timely brought back out of their front waiting room for my appointment I soon found out they had a back waiting area as well that I spent a significant amount of time in. My simple appointment lasted just five minutes short of two hours and less than 5 minutes was spent with Dr. Chous who I was scheduled to see. While everyone was fairly friendly, apart from Dr Chous, they did highly push for selling additional products on me. I have no plans to return to them as a patient and will not be buying my glasses from them.

I was brought back to exam room earlier than my appointment time which was a great surprise and the tech that assisted me was very thorough and friendly. I also did not have to wait long in the exam room before the doctor came in. The doctor was very nice and easy to talk to. I appreciated being asked if I had questions and he happily answered the one I did have. I’m sure he was very busy, as most doctors are, but he did not appear rushed. I would definitely schedule with him again.

This man, Dr. Nichols, in addition to professional excellence that is top-shelf, is genuinely kind and caring in a spontaneous way. He anticipates concerns and dispels them with a plan of action. To feel safe with your care team is a lot. The staff also cares about you personally and reassures you and informs you every inch of the way.
