Very professional and precise. Staff were friendly and thoughtful. The doctor was professional and friendly as well. But most of all very honest and open. He did not recommend cataract surgery because it wasn’t needed in my case at this time. Rare honesty if you ask me. I will refer everyone I know that needs eye care to Tylock.

Wow! Now, THIS place and the staff knows about customer service. The doctors are very thorough and great about making sure I was comfortable and informed about the procedure. They were ready to answer any questions and really eased my nervousness. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Irving area looking for great eye care! I gave them 4 stars for the long wait time prior to actually seeing the doctor. My consultation was scheduled for 2pm and I didn't get called back until almost 245pm! My actual surgery day was scheduled for 215p and I wasn't called back until a little after 3pm. Otherwise, they definitely would have gotten the 5 stars! Dr. George and Dr. Vo were AMAZING at caring for my eyes! I'm only 2 weeks out and already seeing 20/15! I have worn glasses for over 20 years. I feel like I'm in a new world 🌎.

The ladies at the office were great, courteous, attentive and pleasant to see first thing in the morning. Chandler and Dr. Vo were great and they continued to provide excellent care established by Tylock. Dr. Vo spent extra time explaining what was going on and how we could best address my issues.
