I had a strong correction growing up. Coke Bottle glasses. Doctors said my correction was so strong I would never be able to get Lasik. In 2010, my mother saw that Tylock-George Laser Vision was the official Lasik surgeon of the Dallas Mavericks while watching a game on tv. I tested for Lasik. Not only would they be able to do it, it wouldn't even be a stretch. They do surgeries on people with worse vision than me everyday. The practice answered every question and concern I had with care and I never felt pressured one way or another. They were at the forefront of the technology. They had the Ferrari of lasers for surgery. They teach to other doctors. This made me feel secure in the procedure. For someone who had to put his glasses on to look at the clock in the middle of the night on the nightstand, I could now see better than 20/20. I live two and a half hours away and could've gone to an eye doctor in my hometown, but I take to go to Tylock-George cause they know my eye history and surgery. I trust them with the care of my eyes. The Irving location is great. A staple. The McKinney location is great. The staff are there to make sure you're comfortable and answer all questions. Dr. Pazandak gives a great exam and answers all questions and concerns. Going to Tylock-George for surgery and care has been one of the best decisions of my life.

My Husband had a cataract in his left eye at a unusual young age. After asking around via friends and family and researching online, We went to Dr George based on the reviews on Google to his McKinney office. From Day 1 we had an awesome experience working with front desk to backend team to Dr George. We were at ease every time. Very professional and caring. A fine balance. Of course surgery went smooth and clean and got him a better lense and it’s been a week now after surgery and no complaints AT ALL. My first impression was a friendly and courteous staff. That was just the start. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they treated me very well even though I was not a candidate for Lasik. They did not "TRY" to sell me something i did not need.
