I would drive just about anywhere else, including the emergency room, than waste my time here. This place is awful. I have had terrible experiences here & out of sheer stupidity decided to give them the benefit of the doubt too many doubts too many times. The "urgent care" is a nightmare. The care given was ridiculously delayed despite the actual urgency needed, no pain relief given even though the dog bite left the tendon in my ankle showing, and the pain was radiating out of me in every way. If you actually need care go elsewhere.

If I could give this place 0 stars, i would. it is all because of the first impression i had walking up to this place. i went up to a woman that had the named starting with a V to have them assist me, but ignored me when i was standing directly in front of them. i asked if i could get some help but then told me that she is busy while continuing to have her finger on the screen for 5 minutes. luckily i had someone else help me out, but it seemed as if this other person was the only one assisting others which made me almost late to my appointment.

They give you ahead notice of any appoint. They also will send your meds to your house FREE of CHARGE. Everyone is very nice and they really try to get you in at your appoint. Time.
