Front Desk Lady is very rude she ask me to have a seat and took care of other patients without checking me in I arrive on time and expected to have a pleasant experience instead I was rushed during the appointment and treated like a number ..Do not waiste your time with these horrible staff here they do not care about patient needs .

You'll never get a live person when it comes to billing. Their automated system will say to "leave a message" and "please don't leave more than one message." So, if you leave a message, you never hear back from them. After a couple of weeks, you wonder if they got the message and you have to call and leave another and then another. I've been trying to clear up my billing problem with them for 2 months now (wrong insurance card was billed for my eye exam) and still can't get to a live person to help me fix the problem. Even when I leave a message of what the problem is and how to fix it, including my correct insurance numbers, I get no response whatsoever. Now the bill has been sent to collection agency and I'm ticked. Chris Harper, MD
