Dr Monhiet is an exceptional Glaucoma Specialist n Surgeon, very thorough, caring, helpful n overall an excellent doctor. I highly recommend her.

No doubt the Drs are excellent but the administration staffs are awful in every aspects.

I had a short wait while getting my prescription eye glasses ordered.

Waited two hours to be seen for a routine eye exam. They should not overbook their patients. Unacceptable!!

There is no reason I should have to wait 2 HOURS in the waiting room to be seen for a simple eye appointment. Half the waiting room is empty, most people have been waiting over an hour. Reception said its because they "over booked."

Not the best experience

With reference to the Callahan Hoover Clinic, I receive excellent care from the Physicians and other Healthcare professionals, technicians, etc. However, the front desk staff is extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Instructions I received directly from the physician for scheduling follow-up differed from his spoken instructions when I check out. The individual at the desk refused to listen to me and make the appointment at my desired interval, based on instructions I received. I ended up making the appointment when she thought I should have it, went home and called in to change it. The front the staff needs to understand that the patients are not idiots and if there's some discrepancy in information perhaps they should clarify it with the treating physician before assuming the patients are idiots and incapable of understanding instructions they may have been given.

Excellent doctor and highly recommended to all!!!
