One of the most uncaring office people I've ever spoken with. I never got to a dr so don't know but even with insurance you are a number not a patent

Bad customer service!!!
I had an appointment and waited over 45 minutes, and when receptionist couldn't answer my question about my wait time, I just left. So unprofessional!!
