My daughter has been seeing Dr. Hsu here for a few years and the wait to get in has never been long. Now with COVID-19 protocols, we need to call and check in prior to walking in but the process is so quick. The staff has always been friendly and caring. Great service always!

Called to get an appointment was told that I needed a referral. Told them that I was willing to pay cash and was refused because I live outside of their county. I explained that this was for a three year old with an eye injury they did not budge. It is inexplicable how children are not the priority and red tape is.

The doctor is a great professional! But the receptionists who work on site do not provide accurate information, they lack empathy and disposition for the work they do! They say they don't have interpreter service over the phone! The service I do not recommend!
