Good luck getting an appointment even if it’s necessary that your child has one quickly. Good luck with scheduling in general because I’ve left message after message with no response from the surgery center. Good luck with good customer service. There is no other options for Opthomology surgery other than this center and they take full advantage of that as well. I don’t normally leave reviews but I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in this center. Considering they care for children you would think it would be better organized. They have no compassion or sense of urgency for your child.

Doctor is very dismissive. I went in for vision issues and the doctor acknowledged I needed glasses, but recommended regular OTC eyedrops. She made an appointment to see me back in 6 weeks, which is a long time to suffer without glasses. This was an obvious money grab.
