This review will be useful to anyone who, like me, reads Google reviews in 2026. +1 live review. I express my great gratitude to the UVC clinic, the staff, and especially to Dr. Vardai Sardaryan. Previously, in Dobrobut, I was diagnosed with pvchrd. Which requires laser coagulation. Since there were areas with a high risk of detachment (lattice degeneration/snail track) It was possible to do coagulation there, but after a little Googling, it became known that there is a variety of laser coagulation devices. And most clinics have good green lasers, but manual. As it turned out, there is a variety of automatic Navilas devices (for 2026, other manufacturers are not known). And they are the best today for such types of coagulation operations. Much faster, more accurate, with eye movement tracking, with creating a retinal map, who knows, who knows. Everything is googled for the Navilas device and its advantages, unlike the manual one. But there is a nuance: the device is quite rare in clinics. During the search, there were options: Novy zir, Visium, Eximer and Ukrainian Vision Center (uvc). No others were found as of March 2026. The first three clinics have long been known, there is a lot of advertising. But after rereading the Google reviews of the first three, everything looked partly like bots, a scam, and there were enough negative ones. The clinics treat, and maybe not bad, I will not slander here. Because the reviews are only one component. Subjectively speaking, you can not pay attention to it, because most of the work is done by automation, and these devices are the same. But Google was surprised by the comments just for UVC. The reviews are live and it is immediately visible. Among other things, I was surprised by the response of the daughter of the director of the center, who also had operations at UVC (you can find the response below; somewhere in 2023-2024). About something, she says. Here the question of where to do it and which doctor to do coagulation with Navilasum disappeared. As for the clinic itself, everything is pleasantly consistent, as they write in the reviews. Clinic 2023, new. Everything is fresh. The approach is more client-oriented. There is no conveyor, like in other clinics, and it is felt. (The conveyor in the same British ophthalmology was more depressing). The staff is very polite, very pleasant, everything is the same as they write in the reviews here. I have nothing against any business, but it is especially pleasing that there was no feeling here that they want to make money on a person. On the contrary: there was a feeling, and not only that they want to help a person first and foremost and not do what is not necessary. Secondly, to help a person with a normal human attitude and understanding. Thirdly, the staff really cares about the opinions of clients, delights in their interest in improvement. All this was very pleasing and pleasantly surprising. And of course, there was exactly the device that I wanted. In order not to offend the technique and the clinic that saved the eyesight of many people: I have nothing against manual devices, they do the same coagulation, but unfortunately longer and without all the comfortable pluses. Also, I have nothing against the other clinics listed here, but it was UVC that personally stood out first with reviews, and then with a pleasant attitude and treatment approach and the navilas device. I want to thank the retinologist Sardaryan. A very professional doctor. They promptly and pleasantly performed coagulation on an automatic device (up to 5 minutes on the skin of the eye). The doctor conducted a deep examination with a Goldman lens and highlighted all dangerous areas for the device for coagulation. I probably wouldn't have been able to sit on a manual device. So everything went quickly and very comfortably. Despite my great personal sensitivity, the doctor and the device were able to make it as comfortable as possible and minimally noticeable. Still, don't forget that coagulation is still cauterization with a laser. Cauterization is cauterization, it can be felt a little. I also thank the staff for the polite approach, pleasant service and in-depth full examination. I wish the UVC clinic to remain at the same high level as it is now, to achieve new successes, not to stop and to please people. I am glad that we have such pleasant clinics. Thank you very much! I had my first visit to this center. 1. Cleanliness and smell - excellent 2. Time and date of examination - 100% hit regardless of the day of the operation. 3. Reception - politeness, attention, speed of work - excellent. 4. Review: a) optometrist - politeness, unobtrusiveness, correctness, work with devices on "you" (without oops, ah, wait a minute, it didn't work, ...) - excellent b) doctor - professionalism, clarity in presenting the diagnosis and situation in a specific case. If necessary, consultation with another doctor (surgeon) is very commendable. The choice of methods for eliminating (treating) my pathology.---excellent. And I want to pay attention - the choice of tactics (methods) proposed by the doctor, including the pricing policy, is up to me. At this stage I am very satisfied.
